		<description>Great post.  I am a running junkie.  The endorphin rush is definitely addicting.  Running just makes me feel better, as it cleans both my mind and body.  For any new runners, it just takes some time to find your rhythm and be able to run and sustain an even breathe...once you can do this, I believe it becomes amazing!</description>
